This beautiful 1934 Pierce Arrow was restored by a man
in South Carolina who spent 9 years working to return
the car to its original condition. He completed all
rechroming, bodywork, and paint, and put on new tires.
He just completed and installed the gas tank when he
passed away - before he ever got to drive the car.
I have kept the car in storage since I purchased it, and
have not driven it. The fuel system is installed but needs
to be connected for the car to start. The chrome gleams
like new, the paint is lovely, and the seats are
comfortable. In short, this Pierce Arrow is in wonderful
condition with just a couple of exceptions. The gear shift
knob and one of the hood latches are missing, and the
doors need to be adjusted. Also, the driver's door handle
was damaged during transport to me, and it needs to be
repaired. There is a small nick in the paint from this
handle damage, but it should be easy to fix. A few hours
of careful work, and this car will be perfect!
