1973 Mercury Cougar Convertible (2 of 2)
FOR SALE
Contact me if you are interested in this car!
This is a good 1973 Mercury Cougar Convertible.  I
actually purchased it about the same time I got my other
'73 Cat, and planned to use this one as the parts car.  The
body on this one needs some work: there are some dents
and small rusty spots that will need some attention (see
photos).  The most noticeable place is on the driver's
front quarter panel.  The car was running when I bought
it a few years ago, and I've kept it garaged since then.
I'll find out at the end of this month (May) if it will start
up.

This car does have the optional a/c.  I haven't tested it.

The data tag info is:
     Body: 76D
     Color: 2B, Bright Red
Trim: CW, Black Sebring Knit and Corinthian Vinyl
     Trans: U, C-6 Automatic
     Axle: 9, 3.25 Non-Locking
     DSO: 17, Washington, DC
     Date: June 1973

I've uploaded a picture of the data tag and the serial tag,
both with the production number blacked out for security.

Please
contact me if you are interested in this car, and I'll
get back to you within 2-3 days.
